Students who complete all state requirements for Firefighter I & II certification now will receive an Arizona State certificate within 30 days of successfully passing the state written and skill certification exams, and will be certified within the State of Arizona.
AzCFSE was approved as the voting IFSAC member for the state of Arizona in April 2011. If AZCFSE becomes accredited by IFSAC to issue Firefighter Certifications with IFSAC seals, individuals who complete AZCFSE approved programs and who receive an Arizona Certification under the 2002 NFPA standard, or later, may be given the opportunity to apply for an Arizona Certification with an IFSAC seal. An additional fee may apply.
